Controlled automation.
Defined before deployment.
Rawdict systems are scoped around a specific workflow. Data access, automated actions and human review points should be agreed before an automation is put into production.
Data minimization
Production integrations should use only the fields, records and system access required for the agreed workflow. Access methods depend on the client’s software, permissions and technical environment.
Human approval
Where an action carries meaningful business, customer or operational risk, the workflow can be designed to require staff review before outreach, record changes or downstream execution.
Explainable business signals
Rawdict is designed to show the signals behind a priority or suggested action—for example a missed appointment, a declined estimate, a renewal window or an incomplete follow-up—rather than relying only on an unexplained score.
Clinic boundaries
Clinic use cases are administrative and operational. Rawdict does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace qualified clinical judgment.
Client-specific requirements
Security, privacy, retention, hosting and compliance requirements differ by organization and jurisdiction. A production deployment should be reviewed against the client’s own technical, contractual and legal requirements before launch.
